Four Pages!

That's how many pages it took just to cover Christmas Eve. And believe me, with all the pictures that were taken, I'm lucky I could pare it down to four. I've got Christmas to work on still, but thought you might like to see our Christmas Eve fun.

Only a Week Late...

and a dollar short, I'm sure. These are the last few pages. Well excepting Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We took a lot of pictures and I haven't quite decided how many pages to devote to each occasion. That may take a little while to determine.

In the meantime, here are the pages for December 21-23. You've seen the layout for the 21st before, but now that the gift is given, here is the final page. I'll try to get the last pages of the big days posted ASAP.

Minor Adjustments...

It serves me right for thinking I was ahead of the game. Well, with two young kids, things change. The page I decided to post yesterday, about our family gift, didn't happen. So today you will get the replacement page. Today, you will also get today's page, and today NO MATTER WHAT you'll see that tomorrow's page will be the family gift page.

Anyone confused?

Just look at the numbers on the page hopefully that will help. And I can't have a mixup tomorrow, because I have each day planned from now until Christmas. Wish us luck to get through these last five days.

Have a good one!

You'll Just Have to Wait and See

Here is today's post...but you'll notice something a little different about it. You can see the layout, but no pictures or journaling. Today's craft was another gift, and since I know the recipient reads the blog I can't post pictures or else it would ruin the surprise. You'll have to check back after Christmas to see the final, completed page...

I'm All Caught Up!

And I've even got the next few days worth of pages done. I just need to add the pictures and the journaling! I can't believe I'm ahead of the game for once.

Sorry for the Delay

So I have a confession...Santa came early this year, and that's the reason for the late posts. Todd got me a new camera for Christmas, so the pictures have been slow getting downloaded to the computer. I know I'm a few days behind, but I think the two pages I post today might be worth it. I'll have to finish today's post, tomorrow, because I'm exhausted, but here are two more pages for you to enjoy.

Yesterday's, Today...

And today's, tomorrow. Sorry, but that's the way it's got to be. Tomorrow there should be two pages...but I'll see how it goes before I promise anything.

Twice in One Day

Yes, I know, I'm posting three layouts in one day. Luckily I had today's layout mostly done, I just needed to insert the pictures. Actually, that's going to be the case for the weekend. I already know what each day entails so that helps. Tonight was another success and that's always a good thing.

Days 12 and 13...A Little Late

I'm falling behind again. How can that be? But rest assured, we have been keeping to pattern and enjoying some form of holiday entertainment each day. I don't think Dylan gets it at all...and I KNOW Isaac doesn't. Maybe it's just helping me and Todd. Oh, who am I kidding? It's just helping me.

Yummm....Chocolate!

Yeah for me! Todays post...today! It was a fun night and I think one of our more successful ones.

Why??

Why is it that things don't ever seem to work out the way you plan??? Here I am racking my brain to come up with holiday ideas each day, and either my 1 year old, my 2 year old, or the weather doesn't want to cooperate.

Oh wait, it's a 1 year old, a 2 year old and the weather. Who can control any of that? Here are days 9 and 10. Enjoy!

Two for the Road...

Like I mentioned earlier...every other day. =) Enjoy!

We Interrupt This Program...

to bring a fun technique I just learned. It's not much, but I just loved the way these both turned out and I wanted to share. I'll still try and get tonights page up...but at this point, there are no guarantees.

Then Again...

Maybe not.

I'm learning that I'm being too ambitious when I say I'm going to post everyday. I am getting the pages done each day though. It's just that usually I get them done late at night and I'm ready for bed before I post them. So, today you get Wednesday and Thursdays posts, and maybe later I'll get today's done. Maybe, but don't hold your breath. =)

Green Cookies??

I told you I'd be back with today's layout.

Tonight we made green sugar cookies. They weren't too tough, but I did learn that Dylan doesn't understand "soft" and "careful" as much as I thought she did. She wasn't sure about eating the cookies, but Isaac was grateful for the treat.

Progressive Dinner

Alright, so I'm already off to a bad start, but it's only because yesterday's Daily December required two pages...and I was really tired last night. Last night we had a progressive dinner that was so fun! I loved to see everyone's house decorated and it's always great when family gets together and good food is involved. So here they are, hopefully blogger is better and you can click on the pics and read the journaling about our night.

I promise, later tonight, I'll post today's page. So far, I'm not doing half bad. But I can tell I'm going to need ideas real soon.

December Daily

I decided that I wanted to start some new traditions in our house. The kids are still young, but Dylan is understanding more and more about Christmas and Santa and Froman. That's Frosty the Snowman for those who don't know her lingo. So I figured she was old enough to participate in some fun holiday activities.

I found a great article on one of the blogs I frequent, about creating a daily journal during the month of December. I thought this would be a great idea to digiscrap and then print and bind in a book each year so our family will have fond memories to look back on. The problem is, how many activities can a family enjoy with a 1 and 2 year old? I'm open for suggestions, so please chime in.

Unfortunately I didn't get last night's entry posted, but I did get the page completed. Here's to hoping I can continue to stay on top of things for the next three weeks. The goal is to post each day's page, on the appropriate day. Wish me luck.

So without further ado, here are the first two pages. And don't worry, we will have some Isaac-inspired pages also. It just so happened to revolve around Dylan these first two nights. Tomorrow will be different. I promise.
